Selecting a PDF/X-4:2008 option when exporting a PDF will give you the correct resolution to achieve high quality print. Modify the setting by clicking on the "Marks and Bleeds" tab, select crop marks and set the document bleed to .125 in. This will produce a PDF ready for press.
Another way would be to go to our downloads page and install the Gosselin PDF settings..
Yes you can. You must contact customer service immediately by phone or emaill if you have a change to your file and want to upload new art. Your customer service representative will give you instructions on how to get us the new file. Do not re-place the order, it will be treated as a new job and you run the risk of being charged for two jobs. Due to our quick turn around, there may be additional charges if plates had already been made for your job.
You may submit the job by clicking on the submit file tab to access our uploader at the top of the website in the main navigation. Please fill out all necessary fields and upload your files. A customer service representative will contact by phone or by email to complete your order.
I've recieved a custom quote for an item not on the site and want to upload files and place the order.
The answer is no, the prices are no longer valid. There may items in the 2009 price book that are in the price book but not on the website. If you need one of those items, you will have to request a quote. Many of the prices have stayed the same, some have been lowered. Please check with the website for any price changes, do not assume prices will be the same as in 2009.
I chose the "no color proof" option when I placed my order and there is an art issue
We will not take responsibility for issues that may arise with improperly built files. We do our best to spot issues prior to platemaking but it is up to you proof what we are actually going to print. There maybe times when it looks right on your screen but does not on the finished printing. There may be transparencies issues in your file that will not be visible until after it we process the file. There may also be issues with items that may have been set in the native file to overprint or not to overprint which my result in unwanted affects. We suggest you choose the "PDF Proof" option so that you can view the PDF file after it has been flattened and prepared for printing. Waiving the right to have a proof relinquishes Gosselin of any responsibility.

You can only re-order jobs that you have ordered on the current website. You will find the the jobs that can be re-ordered in the "Your Account" area.
You can request specific items that you need to quote on a regular basis. You can also request specific stocks for items already in the quote calculator.
When a print job has bleeds it means that there is ink running off the page in all directions. In order to print a job with full bleeds, the paper being printed on has to be larger than the finished product and has to be trimmed to final size when printing is complete. A job with no bleeds can sometimes be printed on paper that is the same size as the finished product, this allows for better pricing.

Gosselin Graphics requires a .125" bleed margin to ensure it will be cut correctly. If your file is not setup correctly, it may cause a delay in production or may result in your job being cut incorrectly. If you are unsure how to setup your file correctly please contact our prepress department.
